S/O to rich for a great virtual strength and conditioning workout!🏋️♀️I was introduced to new dynamic warm up exercises to incorporate into my workout. At the end I felt energized & it was a great learning environment. Like rich mentioned, conditioning is so underrated in a workout but necessary!! Im ready for the next one LETS GOO🔥💪🏼

Prior to working with Rich, I knew very little about fitness. Rich helped me take it back to the basics and helped me understand how much a strong foundation can impact your progress/growth. He also helped me realize that it is just as important to recognize not just the calories you burn, but eat as well. Rich really took my fitness goals into consideration and customized a fitness plan that matched my goals. Overall, I really enjoyed working with Rich and would definitely recommend him.

I loved working with Rich! I honestly was so scared to go to the gym but Rich really helped me see that good exercises didn’t have to be scary or painful. He always worked around my injuries, and he was always super easy to talk to. Really enjoyed my time as his client.

The workout was very health-focused no wasted or unhelpful movements. Showed me functional moves that naturally help posture and strengthen muscles that traditional weightlifting doesn't emphasize.

Rich is one of the most down to earth and easiest people to talk to and educate yourself while trying to reach your health goals. My training session with Rich was not only intense, but also eye opening in what I lacked in strength in mobility and flexibility. He was good in stressing exercises, stretches, and movements that usually overlooked and taken for granted. Although personally the training was intense, Rich has a way of pushing you to your limits while being very positive and encouraging at the same time. If you are looking to strengthen your yourself, reach a health goal, or even just looking to try something different I highly recommend Rich! Trust me he will get you where you need to be!
